Chris Butler has inked a two-year, two-way contract with the St. Louis Blues.

Butler spent most of the 2016-17 campaign in the AHL, with the Chicago Wolves, where he recorded 26 points and 46 penalty minutes in 72 games. He played in only one game with the Blues and has made six NHL appearances over the last two seasons.

The 29-year-old has seen just 387 games of action since being drafted in 2005. He's a classic quad-A player, so we wouldn't look to him for any fantasy production.
