T.J. Galiardi scored a goal and registered an assist in Calgary's 4-3 shootout win over Los Angeles Wednesday night.

It was Galiardi's best game of the season and he now has four goals with 13 assists in 60 games. Rookie Sean Monahan and Matt Stajan also scored for the Flames.

T.J. Galiardi was able to suit up against the Islanders Friday night.

He was considered day-to-day after injuring himself while working out in the gym this week. Galiardi registered an assist in the Flames' 4-3 win over the Islanders Friday night in 16:58 of ice time and seemed fine. If for some reason you need Galiardi, feel free to activate him.

The Calgary Flames have reported that T.J. Galiardi will be day-to-day after suffering an injury while working out in the gym.

Galiardi is having a poor offensive season with only two goals and 13 points in 46 games. He should not be in your fantasy lineup unless he is a good friend or a relative.

T.J. Galiardi scored for the first time in 38 games on Saturday.

Galiardi also chipped in with an assist as he now has two goals and 11 points in 40 games. There was no reason to have him in your fantasy lineup on Saturday unless you were Nostradamus and if you were, chances are you're winning your pool.

T.J. Galiardi is alright after absorbing a big hit on Friday.

Galiardi only returned from a back injury on Dec. 23. He admitted to being sore as a result of the blow from Edmonton's Anton Belov, but Galiardi is still good to play Sunday.

T.J. Galiardi was a healthy scratch for the second consecutive game on Sunday.

Coach Bob Hartley is not happy with Galiardi's performance on the ice and wants him to play with more energy. "Buzz, buzz, buzz," Hartley said. "A classic example of what we're looking for is what Paul Byron's bringing. "We want to bring a team that's going to play hard, be smart, be on the puck. We want to be known as the hardest working team. We're starting a new culture over here and the best way to start a new culture is with commitment." Galiardi has a goal and six points in 23 games this season.

Galiardi returned on Thursday after missing three weeks with a back injury but was in the press box Saturday. He has only one goal and six points in 23 games so he is not worthy of a spot in your fantasy lineup.

Galiardi has been sidelined since Nov. 20. "It took longer than I thought it would, but it could have been worse if it was a disc issue," said Galiardi. Consider him day-to-day at this time.

T.J. Galiardi (back spasms) managed to skate for only a few minutes before leaving the ice on Friday during practice.

Galiardi is on injured reserve after suffering the injury a week ago. "It was not good enough," coach Bob Hartley said. "We pulled him out right away. He's making progress, but we just tried a gentle skate and it didn't go good."

T.J. Galiardi couldn't complete Monday's practice due to back spasms.

Galiardi didn't even leave the ice on his own strength. "I saw him go to the bench and the trainers told me he seized up," said coach Bob Hartley. "We're obviously going to treat him and there's not much more we know (Monday). We'll first see what the medical staff is saying after. (Tuesday) we'll see, but we have plenty of players." Calgary's next game is on Wednesday.
