Roman Josi picked up a goal and two assists in a 5-1 win over the Pittsburgh Penguins on Saturday.

Josi took a feed from Calle Jarnkrok before firing one home on the power play passed Matt Murray to tie up the game 5:51 into the second period. Josi became the first defenseman to pick up three points in a Stanley Cup final game since Duncan Keith did it for the Blackhawks on June 4th, 2010. Another big game from Josi on Monday would go a long way in tying up the series for Nashville. He has totaled 14 points through 19 playoff games so far.

Roman Josi scored the game-winning goal in Nashville's 2-1 win over Anaheim in Game 3 of the Western Conference Final on Tuesday.

The Predators went into the third period trailing 1-0, but they managed to tie the game thanks to a goal by Filip Forsberg. After having two goals disallowed in the third frame (the right calls were made), the Preds jumped ahead on a power play goal by Josi with less than three minutes remaining in the game. Josi finished the game with a plus-1 rating, five shots on goal and two blocked shots in 26:23 of ice time. The Preds defender is up to five goals and five assists in 13 postseason games. Nashville now leads the best-of-seven series 2-1. They'll host Game 4 on Thursday night.

The victory allowed the Predators to complete the sweep of the top seed in the Western Conference. Josi opened the scoring at the 9:41 mark of the second period and his second goal made it 3-0 Nashville midway through the third period. Josi finished the game with a plus-2 rating and four shots on goal in 24:20 of ice time. He finishes the first round with three points in four games. Colton Sissons and Viktor Arvidsson also found the back of the net for the Preds in Game 4.

Josi got the scoring started at 1:56 in the first with assists from Filip Forsberg and Ryan Johansen. The Predators already had the game-winning goal from Mike Fisher entering the third, but Josi gave them a little insurance at the 12:07 mark of that period. Josi is on a four-game streak in which he has scored at least one point. His previous three games resulted in four assists and no goals.
