Mattias Tedenby practiced with the AHL's Albany Devils Wednesday for the first time since he was cut on the face with a skate during a Feb. 15 game at Adirondack.
He required plastic surgery for the cut, which began above his right ear and went across his chin. "He was in good spirits," said Tom Sestito, who is up with New Jersey now but saw Tedenby over the weekend. "The scar is pretty big, but if you know Teddy he's always got a smile on his face, so it's good to see him slowly getting better." Mar 20 - 1:56 PM
