Nick Spaling is a healthy scratch in Monday's game against the Los Angeles Kings.

With Joonas Donskoi returning to the lineup, the Sharks opted to scratch Spaling. It's just the second time Spaling has been scratched all season (the first time was because he wasn't in San Jose in time to play after being traded from Toronto). The 27-year-old has three goals and 11 points this season.
