Michael Stone was back in the Phoenix lineup Thursday as Adrian Aucoin is still unable to go.

Stone made his NHL playoff debut on Tuesday as he lined up on the blueline alongside Rostislav Klesla. He played only 10:22 minutes on Thursday after playing 12:15 in Game 2 and was minus-one in each game. The 21-year-old rookie appeared in 13 games for Phoenix during the regular season, where he generated three points and a plus-7 rating.

Michael Stone notched his first NHL goal as part of a 3-0 Phoenix Coyotes win over the San Jose Sharks on Saturday night.

The 21-year-old defenseman has played in eight games this season, slowly seeing his ice time creep up into the teens level (17:07 tonight, a career high). The 6-foot-3 Stone also had an assist and was a plus-two. It was his second game with a point. He had two goals and 13 points in 70 games in the AHL this season. The other goal scorers were Mikkel Boedker (ninth) and Raffi Torres (12th). Marc-Antoine Pouliot had two helpers.
