Michael Stone (upper body) returned to the Arizona lineup Saturday after missing six games.

Stone was reunited with Oliver Ekman-Larsson and you can't do much better than that. He has three helpers in only five games this season and saw a tick short of 21 minutes of ice time against the Bruins. He should be in your lineup in deeper pools.
Nov 13 - 6:35 AM

The Arizona Coyotes will get Michael Stone back for Saturday night's match with Boston.

Stone has posted three points with six blocks and hits through four games thus far. So get the 26-year-old back on your blue line.
Nov 12 - 2:51 PM

Michael Stone (upper body) may be available to play Saturday.

He has missed the six games with an upper-body injury, but coach Dave Tippett views him as an option to face the Boston Bruins.
Nov 12 - 10:39 AM

Michael Stone (upper body) is doubtful for Thursday's game against Winnipeg.

"He’s put in some good practice time here," Coyotes coach Dave Tippett said. "You don’t want to put him in a bad position to reinjure anything. We’ll just see where it goes the next couple days, but it’d certainly be good to get him back." Based on that, it sounds plausible that Stone might return on Saturday. He has three assists in four games this season.
Nov 10 - 4:55 PM

Michael Stone (upper body) skated on Monday, but he was wearing a non-contact jersey.

Coyotes coach Dave Tippett did say that Stone took some "initial contact," so perhaps Stone's not far off from moving to full contact. Either way, he's expected to miss Tuesday's game. He was also recently put on the injured reserve, but he's already been sidelined for long enough that he can be activated whenever he's healthy.
Nov 8 - 7:30 AM

Michael Stone (upper body) has been moved to injured reserve.

He was hoping to return on Tuesday, but Anthony DeAngelo's recall from the minors may have pushed that back a bit. If Stone is ready to play then he could still be activated to face Colorado.
Nov 7 - 12:19 PM

Michael Stone (upper body) might play on Tuesday.

Stone has missed Arizona's last four contests. He did participate in Sunday's practice, but was wearing a non-contact jersey.
Nov 7 - 8:46 AM

Michael Stone (UBI) didn't travel with the team to Anaheim, and so will not play in tonight' game.

Through four games so far this season the 26-year-old has posted three helpers with six hits and blocks. That's a solid start. The Coyotes' next game will be in Colorado on Tuesday, though it's unclear if he'll make the trip. We'd hedge against it.
Nov 4 - 7:46 PM

Michael Stone (upper body) probably won't play Friday, according to coach Dave Tippett.

He has already been ruled out for Thursday's match versus Nashville. Stone has already missed two games due to an upper-body injury going into Thursday's tilt.
Nov 3 - 3:17 PM

Coach Dave Tippett doesn't think that Michael Stone (upper body) will play Thursday.

He is still day-to-day with an upper-body injury, while the Coyotes wait for some clarity on his status. Stone hasn't played since Oct. 27 due to an upper-body injury.
Nov 2 - 4:44 PM

Michael Stone (upper body) is questionable to play Tuesday.

He suffered an upper-body injury last Thursday. Stone is listed as day-to-day.
Oct 31 - 4:27 PM

Michael Stone will not play Saturday night against Colorado due to an upper body injury.

Tough news for Stone, who had been on a roll to kick off the season. Kevin Connauton will take his place tonight on the team's third pairing.
Oct 29 - 8:41 PM

Michael Stone is "questionable" for Saturday's match with Colorado, according to coach Dave Tippett.

Stone took part of this morning's skate, which is a good sign. But ultimately it'll come down how he says he feels and how the staff thinks he looks. Stone is off to a hot start this season with three helpers plus six hits and blocks in four games. So get him in your lineup if he gets cleared.
Oct 29 - 3:48 PM

Michael Stone is listed as day-to-day with an upper-body injury.

It's unclear at this time if he will be available to play on Saturday after he was injured Thursday night. The Coyotes didn't practice Friday, so we should know more at the team's morning skate.
