Paul Postma is competing with two other defensemen on the Jets for the final two spots on the opening-day roster.

He has to contend with Jay Harrison and Adam Pardy for the extra spots on the back end. Postma made his preseason debut on Tuesday in Winnipeg's 4-3 overtime win over Ottawa. He had a minor injury early at training camp. Postma played in a career high 42 games last season and he averaged 14:07 of ice time per contest. He won't have any fantasy value if he cracks the roster.
