Florida Panthers prospect Scott Timmins was arrested recently for allegedly breaking into a home and refusing to leave, according to a police report acquired by KENS5 in San Antonio.

Timmins was allegedly intoxicated and was found lying on the stranger's couch after breaking into the home before he was confronted by one of the homeowners. Timmins was charged with criminal trespass, which is a misdemeanor. The San Antonio Rampage didn't respond to a request for comment from KENS5.

Weiss missed the game because he traveled to Toronto to attend the funeral services of his grandmother. Timmins logged 11:35 of ice time in his season debut, while posting one shot and two penalty minutes against Pittsburgh.

He has been sidelined since Mar. 10 with a concussion and it's unclear if he will return before the end of the regular season. Including Wednesday's contest, the Panthers have three games left on their 2010-11 schedule.

Timmins has been out since March 10th. Concussion's are hard to set a timetable around, but Florida will play their final game on April 9th, so it's possible that he won't return before the end of the season.

Scott Timmins (concussion) hasn't been cleared to skate, but he is expected to to do some light workouts this week.

He plans to get on an exercise bike on Wednesday and Thursday to see how he is recovering from a mild concussion. We'll keep you posted, but Timmins has no fantasy value.

Scott Timmins has a mild concussion according to coach Pete DeBoer.

While mild certainly sounds good, keep in mind that Sidney Crosby has been out for two months with what was initially called mild concussion. We'll keep you posted, but it's very hard to predict how much time a player will need to recover from a concussion.

Scott Timmins might have sustained a concussion during Thursday's game.

Ottawa’s Francis Lessard hit Scott Timmins in the head early in the third period. Lessard was charged with a five-minute charging major and a game misconduct for his actions. The Panthers plan to take a closer look at Timmins' condition on Friday. We'll keep you posted.

Scott Timmins potted his first career NHL goal in his second game on Wednesday night in a 3-2 loss to Montreal.

He finished the contest with three shots and 8:42 of ice time. He has no fantasy at this time, but with Shawn Matthias out a minimum of six weeks with a broken ankle Timmins is sure to get a long look in the big leagues.
