Luke Gazdic has signed a one-year, two-way contract with the New Jersey Devils.

Adam Clendening wasn't tendered a qualifying offer either, so both of them will become unrestricted free agents on July 1. Gazdic had one goal and 24 penalty minutes in 29 outings with the Oilers last season. Clendening dressed in 20 matches with Edmonton.
