"The last game we put him in center. We’re going to have a look at him at that position. We think we can generate a little bit of offense from him on a second line role." Predators top prospect Austin Watson is expected to get his first taste of pro hockey this season as he joins the Milwaukee Admirals of the AHL.

Watson was Nashville's first round pick in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft, but has since played in the OHL where he has proven his ability to excel at that level. This season will be his first in the AHL and he hopes to use the opportunity to help shed the reputation of an underachiever he earned after he was cut from the junior team last year. The presence of NHLers Ryan Ellis and Gabriel Bourque on the Admirals roster could certainly help the development process.
