Tyler Toffoli contributed to three of the Kings’ goals in their 5-1 rout of the Canucks on Saturday night.

Toffoli scored and assisted twice. There isn’t a richer team from a fantasy perspective as the Kings’ balance gives them offense throughout their lineup and makes for a number of solid fantasy plays. Toffoli has seven goals and 17 points in 15 games this season. It won’t continue to come as easy in the NHL, but Toffoli is plenty talented; he had 52 goals and 100 points in 2011-12 in the OHL. Jake Muzzin, Anze Kopitar, Marian Gaborik and Jeff Carter all recorded goal-assist performances in the win. Alec Martinez got three assists.
Nov 9 - 12:56 AM

Tyler Toffoli was a minus-one, the first time this season he ended a game as a minus.

We wrote on Sunday that he had gone all season without recording a game in which he was a minus player, so it's obvious that we jinxed him. Toffoli deserves to be active in all pools as he has six goals and 14 points with a plus-11 rating in 11 games.

Tyler Toffoli was even on Friday and has yet to play a game as a minus player.

Toffoli has been outstanding this season with six goals and 14 points to go with a plus-12 rating for the Stanley Cup Champions. He should be active in all fantasy pools.

Tyler Toffoli scored a goal in Los Angeles’ 5-2 loss to Detroit on Friday.

It was his third shorthanded goal of the season. Toffoli continues to produce offense at an incredible pace. The 22-year-old now has six goals and 14 points in 11 games this season. Equally as incredible is his plus-12 rating in those 11 games. The 22-year-old played really well in last year’s playoffs and this year’s preseason, but no one could have anticipated an offensive explosion quite like this. He’s currently on pace to surpass the 40-goal and 100 point marks this season. It’s unlikely that he reaches those numbers, but not impossible.
Oct 31 - 10:21 PM

Tyler Toffoli potted his second shorthanded goal of the season in Tuesday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Flyers.

The Kings line of Toffoli, Tanner Pearson and Jeff Carter is not just the team's best trio - they have actually been one of the league's top units. The Kings also received a contribution from Mike Richards against his former team, but it wasn't enough to avoid the overtime loss.
Oct 28 - 10:02 PM

Tyler Toffoli scored a goal and three assists in Los Angeles' 5-2 win over Columbus on Sunday.

Toffoli's line with Jeff Carter and Tanner Pearson continue to dominate games. Toffoli scored in the second period to give the Kings' a 2-1 lead and they never looked back. The 22-year-old now has four goals and 12 points in eight games this season. The Kings have now closed out their six-game home stand a perfect 6-0-0. It doesn't look like there will be a Stanley Cup hangover in Los Angeles this season. Jeff Carter also had four points, while Tanner Pearson scored two goals.
Oct 26 - 6:52 PM

Tyler Toffoli had an assist in the Kings' 2-0 victory on Thursday.

Just another solid game from That 70s Line. Toffoli has certainly benefited from being a member of it as he's gone from recording 29 points in 62 games last season to eight points in seven contests in 2014-15.
Oct 24 - 10:39 AM

Tyler Toffoli had a goal and an assist in Los Angeles’ 2-1 over the Minnesota Wild on Sunday.

Toffoli’s great season continues. The 22-year-old now has three goals and seven points in six games this year. Toffoli opened the scoring on the power play in the first period, and assisted on Tanner Pearson’s game winning goal in the third period. The line of Toffoli, Pearson and Jeff Carter has been terrific this season.
Oct 19 - 5:49 PM

Tyler Toffoli got in on the action with a short-handed goal and an assist in the King’s 6-1 destruction of Edmonton on Tuesday.

The "That 70’s line" of Tanner Pearson, Tyler Toffoli and Jeff Carter combined for four goals and seven total points in the King’s destruction of the shorthanded Oilers team. Toffoli’s shorthanded goal showed off his laser like wrist shot. The line is one of the hottest in hockey right now and if Toffoli is somehow available in your league you will want to snatch him up.
Oct 15 - 1:41 AM

Tyler Toffoli picked up a goal and an assist in the Kings' 4-1 win against Winnipeg.

Toffoli has been playing alongside Tanner Pearson and Jeff Carter, and so far that line has been very effective. "The chemistry comes with hard work and Jeff is very easy to play with," Toffoli said. "He's one of the best players in the league, personally, I think. Tanner and myself, we read off of him. We've got to skate hard and make plays and score goals." For his part, Toffoli now has three points in three games.
Oct 13 - 10:10 AM

Tyler Toffoli scored twice for the Kings, but it wasn’t enough as they fell 3-2 to the Avalanche in the shootout on Saturday night.

Toffoli is in a good spot with the Kings as a young player on a team with great depth. That depth can also hurt a player as skilled as Toffoli from a fantasy perspective, though, as he won’t get the top ice time. Mike Richards and Tanner Pearson each notched two assists. Jonathan Quick made 27 saves.
Oct 5 - 2:12 AM

Tyler Toffoli scored the lone regulation goal for Los Angeles in Thursday's 2-1 shootout victory over Colorado.

Toffoli is coming off of a great playoff run where he scored seven goals and 14 points in 26 games. He had just 29 points in the regular season, but he's worth keeping an eye on in the early portion of the 2014-15 campaign.
Oct 3 - 10:53 AM

The sophomore Tyler Toffoli is looking to build on his highly successful rookie season, and he got off on the right foot by scoring a breakaway goal to put the Kings up 3-2 midway through the third.

He stripped Ducks defenseman Francois Beauchemin at the defensive blue line, then out skated everyone en route to a smooth forehand snipe over John Gibson's glove. The whole event looked effortless on his part. Toffoli finished with the goal, an assist on Dwight Kings' goal, six shots and 17:29 in ice time. Including 1:25 on the powerplay. He just might be here to stay.
Sep 26 - 3:16 AM

Tyler Toffoli drew an assist on the Stanley Cup winner by Alec Martinez.

The Kings second round pick, 47th overall in 2010, had seven goals and 14 points in 26 games during the playoffs and clicked amazingly well with Jeff Carter and Tanner Pearson on the Kings second line. Do not forget about Toffoli and Pearson next season as they could be on the verge of breakout seasons.
