The Wild have shuffled their lines for Sunday's game against the Blues.

Charlie Coyle will move off the first unit to the third and will swap spots with Jason Pominville. This isn't as much an indictment of Coyle, who has been one of the few Wild payers to score as of late. but more a reflection of a team wide scoring drought. Coyle will skate alongside Erik Haula and Nino Niederreiter, while Pominville will flank Eric Staal with Zach Parise on the other wing. Minnesota's second line will remain intact with Mikko Koivu between Jason Zucker and Mikael Granlund. If this alignment is permanent it will hurt Coyle's fantasy value going foreward.

In case you hadn't noticed, Charlie Coyle is becoming a very valuable fantasy asset.

He is playing on Minnesota's top line with Eric Staal and Zach Parise and also plays on the team's first power-play unit. Coyle is also shooting more than he has in the past and that is leading to positive results. In fact, he has more three-shot games than any other Wild player with 13 in 21 contests. If for some reason your competitiors haven't caught on to Coyle, try and get him. He won't be anonymous for long.

Charlie Coyle is projected to start the 2016-17 campaign at right wing.

"You never know," Coyle said. "It could change as it has quite a few times if there are injuries or whatever happens in game. I'll be ready, but it is nice to know I'll be playing the wing, starting there and get a feel there in practice, get some reps in and just feel comfortable there." He played better on the wing than he did at center last season. Coyle is penciled in to play with Zach Parise and Eric Staal this year.
