Frederic St. Denis potted a goal in Hamilton's 5-4 loss to the Marlies Friday night.

St. Denis is ideally suited for a number seven role with the Canadiens, which means he has limited fantasy value. He is not going to be a physical force or an offensive threat but he can replace anybody in the lineup and do a reasonable job.
