Jordan Nolan appears as though he will get back into the lineup Thursday night.

Rookie Tyler Toffoli, who has a one goal and one assist in three contests with the Kings, may head to the press box after staying out with the extras during the team's morning skate. Nolan has five points, 33 PIMs and 50 hits in 26 games this season.

22-year-old Jordan Nolan looked good in Game 1 of the Stanley Cup finals.

Nolan had an assist, four hits, and one shot on goal in 11:26 minutes of playing time on Wednesday. He had just 26 games of NHL experience going into the Kings' playoff run, but he's done a good job of holding his own as a bottom-six forward. ""He gives us some size, gives us some speed. Last night was the most minutes he played in the playoffs," Kings coach Darryl Sutter said, referring to Game 1 on Wednesday. "There’s nights where he’s played four or five shifts, four or five minutes, so — keep him clear on his role and play it. Right now we’re relatively healthy and there’s competition to play. He plays well, he stays in the lineup."

Jordan Nolan scored his first goal of the playoffs on Sunday.

Nolan also fought St. Louis' Chris Stewart. Not bad for a guy who only had 6:19 minutes of playing time over 11 shifts. Nolan will continue to provide the Kings with a physical presence, but he probably won't get too many more points in Los Angeles' playoff run.

With the return to action of Brad Richardson Friday, Jordan Nolan sat in the press box.

The Kings have not indicated if he will play Sunday against Chicago. Nolan has done a nice job on the Kings' fourth line but his time in the show could be over. Don't count on Nolan for the time being.

Jordan Nolan has settled in on the Kings' fourth line.

Fourth line players don't typically have much, if any, fantasy value, but he is worth a look if you're in a deeper league that uses penalty minutes and hits as categories. In a few years, Nolan might be worth owning in standard leagues as a player who gets a ton of PIM while still chipping in occasionally offensively.

Jordan Nolan registered his first career assist on Tuesday.

Nolan now has three points in 11 games with Los Angeles. He has 22 points and 119 penalty minutes in 40 AHL games this season.

Newcomers Jordan Nolan and Dwight King have given the Los Angeles Kings a shot in the arm since arriving six days ago from Manchester of the AHL.

Both have already scored their first NHL goals, playing on a line with Mike Richards. Nolan had 22 points and 119 penalty minutes in 40 AHL games this season before the callup. Nolan, whose father is former NHL head coach Ted Nolan, is only 22 years of age and if you are in need of a truculent forward who will pick up some points, Nolan is worth looking at, at this time.
