Jordan Nolan snapped home a rebound goal after he suddenly found himself with the puck on his stick. A classic read-and-react moment for the bottom-six forward.
Goals aren't usually his forte, but if you needed reminding that he has NHL-level wrists, there it is. Nolan's goal cut the Ducks lead in half to 2-1 and started a three-goal comeback over the next twenty game minutes. He also finished with 15:30 of ice time. Sep 26 - 3:12 AM

Jordan Nolan is likely to find himself in a battle for a position on the fourth line for the Kings in training camp this season.

Nolan played an energy role for Los Angeles last season and amassed 10 points to go along with 54 penalty minutes in 64 contests. If he manages to carve out a role for the 2014-15 Kings it will likely be similar to that of last year, which would involve limited ice time and therefore minimal fantasy value.

Jordan Nolan was a healthy scratch on Sunday.

He was joined in the press box by Linden Vey and Tanner Pearson. Just an FYI in case you took any of the three late in your playoff pool and was wondering why they were not in the lineup. Nolan played in Game 1 and was in the press box as coach Darryl Sutter went with seven defensemen in the lineup.

Nolan scored his first goal since Dec. 17 against the Edmonton Oilers. He now has six goals and four assists in 61 games this season. He has no fantasy value. Jarret Stoll and Alec Martinez assisted the lone goal for the Kings.

Both Jordan Nolan and Dan Carcillo collected one-goal, one-assist afternoons as the Los Angeles Kings easily beat the Florida Panthers on Sunday.

Nolan doesn't have much fantasy value while Carcillo was once an interesting PIM guy for the Philadelphia Flyers. He's not really given free reign to fill the penalty box any longer, though. Justin Williams scored the Kings' other goal today.

It doesn't look like Jordan Nolan will be suspended for his hit on Phoenix's Rostislav Klesla.

The NHL held a review of the incident and according to TSN's Bob McKenzie, supplemental discipline doesn't appear to be coming for the Los Angeles forward. Klesla was taken off the ice on a stretcher after absorbing the hit.

Jordan Nolan thought his devastating hit on Phoenix's Rostislav Klesla was clean.

Klesla left Sunday's game on a stretcher and Nolan appeared to make contact with his head. "He was skating through the middle of his ice, and I was just focusing on his chest, and I feel like I hit him square in the chest," Nolan said. Of course, it's rare to find a player that calls their own hit dirty. We'll see if the league feels Nolan is deserving of a fine or suspension.
