He picked up one assist on Jonas Brodin's power-play goal to tie the game at 3-3 and then he helped set up Marco Scandella's game winner late in the third. The defense corps of the Wild was clearly a key factor in the team's win and Spurgeon was a difference maker. He has three assists in his last two games and 10 points in 30 contests this year.
