Don't look up a highlight if you're squeamish. As Fontaine entered the offensive zone, Desjardins caught him trying to buy time with knock that left Fontaine needing help getting to the dressing room. Minnesota hasn't said anything official yet, but Fonatine's whole left leg reverberated and bent the wrong way after the knee-on-knee, and the pain on his face was enough to convince us he'll miss at least some time.

Clarkson extended his knee into Fontaine's right leg, but the Minnesota forward stayed in the game until he was hit again in the second period. Fontaine isn't expected to practice on Friday and he wasn't scheduled to play Saturday, but his injuries aren't believed to be serious.
