It's not clear if Nemeth will be okay to play on Saturday and we probably won't know either way until tomorrow. He has eight assists in 38 games this season.
Apr 8 - 2:29 PM

Patrik Nemeth, Jamie Oleksiak, and Travis Moen will be scratched against the Flames on Tuesday night.

Of the three, only Nemeth has posted a modicum of fantasy value. He's collected six points with 26 blocks and 39 hits through 23 games thus far. None of the three figure heavily into Dallas' rotations through the end of the season, unfortunately.
Mar 1 - 7:47 PM

Patrik Nemeth got 22:24 of ice time in Thursday's 4-2 win over Chicago.

That is the most he has played this season. Nemeth has suited up in four straight games for the Stars, as coach Lindy Ruff attempts to see what the 24-year-old is capable of doing. "I'm trying to see if I can get Nemeth locked in," Ruff said. "He has always wanted five or six games to see what he can do. I think his play has gotten better, and I don't want to disrupt that right now." Nemeth picked up an assist in Thursday's contest to give him four points in 15 games this year.
Feb 12 - 9:53 AM

Patrik Nemeth collected his first career multi-point game during Thursday's 4-3 win over Colorado.

Nemeth had four points in 41 career NHL games coming into tonight, but now he's the proud owner of his very own multi-point game with a pair of assists. The young defender is still without a goal, but he can also cross one milestone off the bucket list.
Feb 5 - 12:56 AM

Patrik Nemeth will be a healthy scratch in Thursday's game against the Edmonton Oilers.

The 23-year-old has played in just 11 games with the Stars this season. Nemeth has one assist and a minus-5 rating in 2015-16. Travis Moen will also watch the game from the press box.
Jan 21 - 8:33 PM

Patrik Nemeth and Travis Moen will be scratched against the Wild on Saturday night.

Unfortunately, neither Nemeth nor Moen have made much of an impact on the stat sheet. Which means they're better off on your waiver wire.

Jan 9 - 6:48 PM

Patrik Nemeth and Travis Moen will be healthy scratches against the Wild Saturday night.

They were getting in some extra skating practice after formal team workouts were over Saturday morning. That is a telltale sign they will be sitting in the press box Saturday night.
Jan 9 - 12:32 PM

Coach Ruff has elected to forego any lineup changes for Saturday's match with St. Louis.

That means Travis Moen, Patrik Nemeth, and Jamie Oleksiak will each be scratched once again. There's just 24 games played between these three, and Oleksiak has the most at 10. Which unfortunately tells you about all you need to knwo about their fantasy viability.

Coach Ruff has elected to forego any lineup changes for Tuesday's match with Chicago.

That means Travis Moen, Patrik Nemeth, and Jamie Oleksiak will each be scratched once again. It's understandable that the Stars' lineup would be tough to crack this season, but both Moen and Nemeth have seen fewer than 10 thus far. While Oleksiak has played in exactly 10 games. Which says about all you need to know about their value.

It appears that Patrik Nemeth, Jamie Oleksiak, and Travis Moen will be a healthy scratch on Friday against the Flyers.

Nemeth is a reliable defensive defeseman with one point in six games this season. Neither of the three scratches have any fantasy value.

Patrik Nemeth will tag in for Jyrki Jokipakka against the Wild on Saturday night.

This will be Nemeth's third NHL game of the season, and just his 11th of the season when you factor in his eight with AHL Texas. The 23-year-old defender has not been a stat padder at any level, however so don't expect much from him for fantasy.
