Jamie Oleksiak is back with Dallas after finishing his conditioning stint in the minors.

He is projected to play in his 12th game with Dallas this season. Oleksiak has two assists and 21 penalty minutes in his previous 11 outings.
Feb 2 - 2:21 PM

The Dallas Stars have loaned Jamie Oleksiak to their AHL team for a conditioning stint.

The former first round pick has been a healthy scratch in all but 11 games this season, but sending him to the minors would require him going through waivers. The short-term loan ensures that they don't have to do that.
Jan 16 - 5:59 PM

Jamie Oleksiak and Patrik Nemeth will be scratched for Tuesday's match with the NY Rangers.

With just 18 combined games played through January, and little to show for their efforts, neither are worth your consideration for a depth roster slot.
Jan 5 - 6:41 PM

The Dallas Stars will have Jamie Oleksiak, Patrik Nemeth and Valeri Nichushkin watch Saturday night's game from the stands.

Oleksiak and Nemeth will serve as the healthy scratches, while Nichushkin will miss the game due to a lower-body injury.
Jan 2 - 7:06 PM

Coach Lindy Ruff has elected to forego any lineup changes for Tuesday's match with Columbus.

Which means that Jamie Oleksiak, Patrik Nemeth and Patrick Eaves will sit out once again. Unfortunately there isn't a lick of fantasy value between them.

Jamie Oleksiak, Patrik Nemeth and Patrick Eaves will be scratched from Sunday's match with St. Louis.

Of the three, Eaves has seen the most time at 20 games. Which is more than the two defenders together. However he's lacking in fantasy value as well, so all thre ought to remain on the wire.

Jamie Oleksiak, Patrik Nemeth, and Travis Moen will each be scratched from Friday's match with Vancouver.

With only a dozen games played split between Oleksiak, Nemeth, and Moen, it would seem the Stars are telling you all you need to know about the two young defenders and the veteran grinder.

Jamie Oleksiak will replace the sick Jordie Benn against the Sabres on Saturday night.

This will be only Oleksiak's fifth game of the season. While he does have 11 PIMs and 16 hits in that time, it doesn't seem as thoughthe young defender fits into Coach Ruff's plans at this time. He'll skate with Jyrki Jokipakka on the team's third defensive unit.

Jamie Oleksiak will be scratched against the Sabres on Tuesday.

Oleksiak has seen just four games of action this season. He's produced a point, 11 PIMs, and 16 hits in that time while skating an average of just 12:17. His value has never been lower.

Jamie Oleksiak and Patrik Nemeth will be scratched again on Thursday night against the Canucks.

With just three games between them, and nary a noteworthy stat Oleksiak and Nemeth remain useless fantasy options until proven otherwise.

Jamie Oleksiak will make his regular season debut in Saturday's game against Florida.

The 22-year-old was Dallas' first round pick, 14th overall, in 2011. He's been a healthy scratch in each regular season game this year, but that will change tonight. Don't expect him to put up a ton of points.

Once again, Jamie Oleksiak and Patrik Nemeth will be healthy scratches on Tuesday night against Philadelphia.

While Oleksiak and Nemeth are capable of being quality real-life defensemen, value can't grow from the bench. Fantasy or otherwise.

Jamie Oleksiak and Patrik Nemeth will be healthy scratches on Saturday night against Florida.

Unfortunately, neither Oleksiak nor Nemeth are fantasy mavens as they don't score much nor compile tough guy stats.

It looks like Jamie Oleksiak, Patrik Nemeth and Colton Sceviour will sit in the press box for the Stars on Saturday.

The three were the last players on the ice at the morning skate. None of the three carry much, if any fantasy value.
