Craig Smith scored two goals and an assist in Monday's 5-3 win over the Boston Bruins.

Smith's first-period goals gave the Preds a 2-0 lead heading into the first intermission. The Preds forward also helped set up Kevin Fiala's tally early in the second frame (the goal gave Nashville a 4-0 lead at the time). Smith finished the game with a plus-2 rating and three shots on goal in 14:51 of ice time. He's been ripping it up of late, as he has five points in his last three games and 12 points in his last 12 contests. Smith has 11 goals and 17 points in 27 games overall.
