Jean-Gabriel Pageau is considered "day-to-day" with an undisclosed injury after blocking a PK Subban shot while on the penalty kill Friday night during Game Five's 5-1 victory.

"They're only going to get harder as the series goes on, so I wish him the best of luck," Subban said of Pageau. The rookie forward put forth a quality effort during his 14:32 of playing, along with his shot block he contributed three pucks to the net, threw five hits, and won nearly half his draws. Plus he played 2:03 on the kill, which is very impressive to say the least. It's unclear how severely Pageau is hurt, but he wouldn't be the first player to gut out a severe injury during the playoffs.
