Tampa Bay has posted a 6-1 record since Ondrej Palat returned to the lineup.

"There's no secret he's a huge part of our team," coach Jon Cooper said. "He's a complete player who plays the whole 200 feet. He can play anywhere in the lineup. He's one of those guys you don't read about in the newspapers every single night, but he's probably the reason the guys are in the newspapers — that unsung hero type." Ondrej Palat will return to the Tampa lineup Saturday against Minnesota.

He led the team in the morning stretch on Saturday which is a pretty good sign he's finally ready to return from a lower-body injury that has kept him out of action for the Bolts' last eight games. If you own Palat in your hockey pool, activate him immediately. It looks as if Tampa coach Jon Cooper has put the Triplets back together as Palat skated with Tyler Johnson and Nikita Kucherov in line rushes Saturday morning. All the more reason to activate Palat without delay.
