The Chicago Blackhawks outshot the Blues 38-18 en route to a 4-0 shutout Saturday night, but ultimately it was frustration that sidelined St Louis.

A loss of composure ultimately sidelined the Blues as they drew seven penalties in the third period—mostly for acts of aggression. In that period, Ryan Reaves, Patrik Berglund, Kyle Brodziak, and Joel Edmundson were penalized for roughing. Berglund drew another penalty for slashing, and Edmundson was sidelined for misconduct.

Joel Edmundson and Jordan Caron were scratched from Sunday's match against Dallas.

Edmundson has put forth 22 PIMs, 23 blocks, and 37 hits through 25 games this season. Which isn't too shabby all things considered. But like Caron, he probably doesn't warrant a spot on yours squad.
