Brandon Davidson is looking forward to playing against his former team, the Montreal Canadiens, on Saturday.
Davidson had an assist in 13 games with Montreal before the Canadiens put him on waivers on Dec. 2. He was claimed by Edmonton and Saturday's contest should be his first game since then. He's projected to play on a pairing with Yohann Auvitu. "When I was picked up that was the one (possible date with the Canadiens) that I noticed right away," said Davidson. "Maybe I’ve got something to prove a bit. But, hey, I’m just glad to get into a game, get my rhythm back, and it just happens to be my old team." Dec 9 - 5:00 AM
