Ryan Pulock could be recalled to the Islanders this week.

The Islanders are currently carrying six blueliners and that is a very risky proposition these days. He was sent to the minors this past week as he still had options available to the Islanders. Pulock has no real fantasy value at this time. He was selected 15th overall in the 2013 Draft.

Ryan Pulock is on the bubble as far as making the New York Islanders.

While Pulock is good enough to stay, he may be a victim of his youth as he still can be sent to the minors without going through waivers, something some of his teammates do not have the luxury of. The Islanders do not want to lose J.F. Berube or Alan Quine but both require waivers if sent down making Pulock and/or Adam Pelech bubble players.
