Carrick scored a power-play goal late in the match in Toronto's 8-1 victory. He concluded the contest with three shots, one hit, three blocks and a plus-3 rating in 17:37 of ice time. It was Carrick's first game since Nov. 24, as he has sat frequently as a healthy scratch. He got a chance to play because of an injury to Nikita Zaitsev.
