It was Chiasson's first goal and point of the 2018 playoffs. Nathan Walker assisted on the marker, giving him a point in the first NHL postseason game ever by an Australian player. Jay Beagle, Alex Ovechkin, and Dmitry Orlov each had an assist as well for Washington.
