Antti Raanta (upper body) will miss Friday and Saturday's contests.
Raanta sustained the injury during Wednesday's contest. It's believed that Raanta's upper-body injury is concussion-like symptoms and if that's the case then there's no way of knowing how long he'll be sidelined for. The Coyotes have already summoned Marek Langhamer and he'll probably end up splitting the two starts with Scott Wedgewood. Nov 24 - 6:28 AM

After winning just two of their first 20 games, the Coyotes have now been victorious in three straight games. Raanta has a 4-5-2 record with a 2.91 goals-against-average and a .912 save percentage this season. He still isn't worth owning in standard fantasy leagues.
Nov 20 - 10:36 PM

Antti Raanta is expected to get the start in goal for Arizona Monday.

The Coyotes are winners of two straight including their first in regulation time but they face the red hot Toronto Maple Leafs at the ACC and that will not be an easy task. Raanta is 3-5-2 this season with a 3.12 GAA and a .907 save percentage. Use him at your own risk Monday.

With that, Arizona has won back-to-back games for the first time this season. Raanta was in net for both of those victories, though he did allow four goals on 37 shots in the Coyotes' 5-4 win against Montreal.
Nov 18 - 4:57 PM

Antti Raanta is the Coyotes' probable starter Saturday afternoon against the Senators.

He is coming off a very fine 33-save victory over the Canadiens, the Coyotes first road win of the season. It would be surprising if he was not in the cage for Saturday's 2:00 pm ET start. For the year, Raanta has a 2-5-2 record with a 3.27 GAA and a .903 SP.
Nov 18 - 11:34 AM

Not the best night for Raanta who came into this game looking to break a two-game losing stream. His record now drops to 1-4-2 on the year with a 2.90 goals against average and .913 save percentage. Owning any Coyotes netminder has been a headache for years now.

Raanta was projected to start and now he'll officially be in the net for the Winnipeg-Arizona clash on Saturday night. He's looked better in comparison to the start of the season but he'll look to improve on his 1-3-2 record, his 2.87 goals-against-average, and his .920 save percentage.
