The 29-year-old rearguard has picked up a goal with five points during his current three-game point streak. It was the first goal of the season for Hunt, who is now up to 12 points through 24 contests. He still doesn't do enough to warrant fantasy consideration outside of the deepest pools.

Brad Hunt will be a healthy scratch on Thursday night as the Vegas Golden Knights host the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Hunt has a very respectable seven assists in 16 games so far this season with the Golden Knights, however he has been held off the scoresheet for 11 straight games now. He will be joined in the press box by fellow scratch Ryan Carpenter and the sidelined Luca Sbisa.

The Vegas Golden Knights have announced that Brad Hunt will be scratched this afternoon against the Ottawa Senators.

The Golden Knights are deep along the blue line and they had to sacrifice Hunt and his seven points in as many games to make room for Shea Theodore. Jon Merrill and Brendan Leipsic will also sit this afternoon.
