Ullmark allowed three goals on eight shots and the Preds built a 3-0 lead before he was replaced in net by Chad Johnson. Johnson made 12 saves. The loss gives Ullmark a record of 4-5-1. His goals-against average is 2.50 and his save percentage, .916. Johnson's GAA is 2.58 and his save percentage, .904. If you're searching for a fantasy goalie, look away from Buffalo. Neither one of the Sabres' goalies are very reliable.

The duo has alternated starts for the last four games and they have combined for a 3-0-1 record and a .949 save percentage, while stopping 131 of 138 shots. If that rotation continues then rookie netminder Ullmark will get the nod Tuesday against a very dangerous Dallas Stars offense. The Sabres have not confirmed who will start yet, though.

Given that Sharks may be tired after their contest with Detroit Friday night, we would consider starting Ullmark.

Sabres coach Dan Bylsma said that Ullmark was the best player on the ice for Buffalo. Ullmark had a nice bounce-back performance after being pulled in Thursday's loss to Tampa Bay. He has a 3-2-0 record with a 2.56 goals-against-average and a .918 save percentage this season. He was named the game's second star.
