Sharp potted an empty-netter, and he had two helpers. He was excellent in this game, also leading the team with seven shots on goal. Sharp now has six goals and an assist in the playoffs. As The Sporting News' Jesse Spector notes, the Blackhawks have yet to lose this season in regulation with him in the lineup, going 30-0-4. Marian Hossa, Johnny Oduya and Marcus Kruger scored the other goals for the Blackhawks, who were relentless on the attack all night. "They’ve been real solid all year," Blackhawks coach Joel Quenneville said. "When they started at the beginning of the year it was a work in progress, and they’ve progressed in a real nice way. They’re first and third on each kill, they’re blocking shots, they’re getting in lanes and play at a good pace. It’s gotten them more of a role, more ice time. And that line played well all year, so a real nice fit for us." They've been something of an unlikely duo, especially seeing as Frolik wasn't known for killing penalties before coming to Chicago. "The way I've played so far this season is my best hockey since I got here," said Hjalmarsson. "I'm more comfortable with the puck and making more plays," he said.
