The Nashville Predators are still adjusting to having new players in leadership roles.

Guys like Shea Weber, Barrett Jackman and Paul Gaustad are all gone. Mike Fisher replaced Weber as captain and James Neal and Roman Josi were selected as alternate captains this season. "When you lose a lot of guys — not just Shea, too — guys are figuring out where their spot is early in the season," Fisher said. "It's all kind of new on the ice as well as off the ice. "We've got a lot of good guys in here that care. Our goal as a leadership group and as a team (is to) just breed a good culture where that's always happening and everyone is for the team and playing for the team and buying into what we want to accomplish altogether."
