Making a fourth straight start, Andrew Romine doubled, launched a solo homer and scored two runs in a win over the Indians.
He took Danny Salazar deep in the third inning to get the scoring going and then touched home plate in the fifth after a two-bagger. Romine was playing shortstop Tuesday, but he had started the previous three contests at third base over the struggling Nick Castellanos. We don't expect the Tigers to give up on Castellanos at this point, but Romine has earned some more starts with a nice .290/.338/.419 batting line this season. Jun 23 - 10:55 PM
