Jake Odorizzi didn't put his best foot forward in Saturday's loss to the Royals, allowing four runs on seven hits over 4 2/3 innings.
Odorizzi struck out five and walked two on the evening. The Royals burned him with a pair of runs in the first inning and another pair in the fifth. While The 25-year-old right-hander might not have had his best stuff on Saturday, he's pitched to a nice 3.18 ERA and 1.14 WHIP over 133 innings this season.
