Jake Odorizzi earned the win, giving up four runs in six innings as the Rays held off the Orioles on Sunday.
Odorizzi entered the start having allowed two home runs total across 66 1/3 innings. He gave up three on the afternoon: two of the solo variety to Delmon Young and one of the two-run variety to Manny Machado. He allowed seven hits overall while walking two and striking out six. It was a rare hiccup in what has otherwise been a sterling season for Odorizzi, now carrying a 2.61 ERA with a 1.01 WHIP, and a 59/14 K/BB ratio over 72 1/3 innings. He'll face the Mariners in Seattle in his next start. May 31 - 5:12 PM
