Jake Odorizzi had his shortest outing of the season Sunday, lasting just three innings while allowing two runs in a no-decision versus the Red Sox.
He was lucky to permit just the two runs, as Odorizzi yielded four hits and three walked while throwing a whopping 84 pitches over his three frames. It's a hard one for his fantasy owners to swollen as they come down the stretch, but the matchup was certainly a difficult one. Odorizzi has been excellent overall in the second half (2.81 ERA) and should be better next weekend in Texas. Sep 25 - 5:16 PM
