Assuming he can avoid setbacks, Moreland should be activated next Friday, the first day he's eligible. The first baseman has been out since last Wednesday, when he strained his right hamstring.

Mitch Moreland (hamstring) went through some running drills at 60 percent on Monday without any issues.
Moreland obviously still has a ways to go, but he thinks there's a good chance he'll be ready for activation on June 21, the first day he's eligible. "I'm feeling really good," Moreland said. "If it progresses like it is, I should be ready to go at 15 days. We've got a pretty good plan together … right now it feels good."

Mitch Moreland will wait 5-6 days before testing his right hamstring.
Moreland was placed on the disabled list Thursday with a right hamstring strain. Rangers manager Ron Washington is hopeful that he'll be back as soon as he's eligible, but it all depends on how he responds to increased activity. Chris McGuiness is expected to get the majority of starts at first base during his absence while Jeff Baker and Lance Berkman could see at-bats there against southpaws.

The move is retroactive to June 13, so Baker will be allowed to return in less than 15 days if he's feeling well enough. He suffered the right thumb sprain last week while trying to give a high-five to a teammate.

Good news, but Harrison will be restricted to flat ground work for another 4-6 weeks before getting back on a mound. Even then, he'll likely need another month to build up his workload. The southpaw isn't expected to rejoin the Rangers' rotation until September, though he could provide a nice boost down the stretch.

Ogando still has some soreness in his right shoulder, and the Rangers aren't going to let him thrown from the mound until he's completely pain-free. He'll need to go out on a rehab assignment after throwing off a mound at least a couple times, so the right-hander isn't close to returning.

It's the first time he's done so since he was shut down after feeling soreness in the back of his right elbow. Lewis will likely need several more mound sessions before facing hitters, so he's not close to resuming his rehab assignment.
