Eduardo Escobar went 2-for-3 with a home run and four RBI, and the Twins held on to beat the White Sox 7-6 on Thursday.
After a Jose Abreu error extended the first inning, Escobar made the Sox pay with a three-run blast off White Sox starter Derek Holland. Escobar then tacked on what turned out to be the winning run with an RBI double in the fifth. The 28-year-old has four homers and 12 RBI on the year, hitting .250/.328/.500 while playing all over the diamond for the Twins. May 12 - 12:48 AM
