Jarrod Dyson has been diagnosed with a mild high ankle sprain and is expected to be sidelined for 2-to-4 weeks.
The 28-year-old speedster had been off to a decent start this season, hitting .268/.286/.561 with a homer, eight RBI and six stolen bases through his first 41 at-bats. While the timetable for recovery is short, any injury to the ankle is something to very closely monitor for a player such as Dyson who derives all of his fantasy value from his speed. David Lough could be worth a look in very deep leagues while Dyson is out.

Royals placed OF Jarrod Dyson on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to May 16, with a sprained right ankle.
It's unfortunate timing for Dyson, as he had been taking a significant chunk of at-bats away from Jeff Francoeur. It's not clear at this point how long he'll be out. David Lough has replaced Dyson on the roster.

Jarrod Dyson left Wednesday's game in the eighth inning with a sprained right ankle.
So much for that glorious week with Jeff Francoeur as a fourth outfielder. Dyson was trying to take away a Mike Trout homer when he was hurt.
