Andy Parrino blasted his first home run of the season on Sunday, but it wasn’t enough to overcome the Angels offensive onslaught on Sunday.
It was just the second home run of his big league career, the other coming as a member of the Padres during the 2012 campaign. Parrino, who is seeing time at shortstop with Jed Lowrie on the shelf, finished the night 2-for-4, and is now hitting .207/.273/.414 with three RBI in his limited time with the A’s.
