Rob Brantly homered in his lone at-bat Wednesday and is 7-for-14 this spring.
Brantly was handed a starting job last spring and disappointed, hitting .211/.263/.265 in 223 at-bats. As a result, the Marlins went and signed Jarrod Saltalamacchia and essentially punched Brantly's ticket back to Triple-A this year. It would taken an injury to Salty or backup Jeff Mathis for Brantly to make the club. Mar 12 - 4:04 PM
