Andres Nocioni has a verbal agreement in place with Baskonia.
Nocioni played the 2011-12 season in Europe and looks poised to continue his career overseas. At this point, it's doubtful he's interested in a return to the NBA and there has been no rumored interest in his services stateside.

Andres Nocioni has signed a deal to play in Spain for the remainder of the season.
Nocioni will play for Caja Laboral for the remainder of the year and it is unknown if he will ever make it back to the NBA.

The Sixers bought out Andres Nocioni's contract on Friday.
The veteran forward played just four minutes in March, and the arrival of Sam Young signaled the end of his usefulness for the Sixers. It's possible that he'll latch on to another team's roster for the rest of the season, but he holds no interest in fantasy leagues.

Andres Nocioni started in place of Elton Brand (thumb) but had just two points in six minutes.
He's slated to start again in the next one, but Thaddeus Young, who played 32 minutes tonight, is a much better fantasy option than Nocioni.

Jason Richardson's knee surgery was called "Denovo surgery."
Denovo surgery is where the doctors take juvenile cartilage and implant it back into the damaged knees where there is a cartilage issue present. This was an alternative to micro-fracture surgery, which most fantasy basketball owners are all too familiar with at this point. Even without setbacks, Richardson won't be able to resume normal basketball activity until "late January-early February."

An NBA GM said that Andrew Bynum won't get more than a one-year deal.
This isn't exactly earth-shattering news on Bynum and conventional wisdom would suggest that most teams would be extremely apprehensive to sign him to a multi-year contract. He missed every game this year and over the previous five seasons, Bynum missed 26.0 games per season. A 25-year-old center already having serious durability issues is going to make it tough on his agent to get leverage in contract negotiations.
