That makes the decision to shut him down look like a much more cut-and-dry choice, but it doesn't change anything as he was already out. Moe Harkless and Tobias Harris are must-own, must-start players while Beno Udrih is going to get extra burn with Afflalo out of the lineup.

Arron Afflalo will miss the rest of the season with a right hamstring strain.
It's a tough end to the season for Afflalo but probably the right decision for both him and the team. With only 12 games left and the Magic not going anywhere it makes sense for them to shut him down. The Magic could take this opportunity to get an even longer look at rookie Moe Harkless, who is a must-add in all formats right now. Beno Udrih could also see some extra minutes with Afflalo done for the year.

Arron Afflalo was "in a lot of pain" after a hamstring injury knocked him out of Friday's game against the Thunder.
The comment is from teammate Jameer Nelson, and it lends credibility to the idea that Afflalo could miss some time. Beno Udrih stepped up with 13 points, three rebounds, five assists and two steals in 36 minutes in his absence, and is worth a hard look as a short-term, speculative add with some upside. The Magic have two four-game weeks in front of them followed by a two-game stinker in the last meaningful week.

Arron Afflalo suffered a right hamstring injury in the first half of Friday's game and will not return.
He had left hamstring problem back in October, but him hamstrings have held together all season to this point. Afflalo was helped to the locker room by two teammates and replaced by DeQuan Jones. The Magic take on the Heat on Monday and there's a good chance AA won't be ready for that game. Moe Harkless would get more playing time on the wing and the Magic are really shorthanded tonight with Nikola Vucevic out with a concussion. Jones is only a deep option.

Glen Davis (foot) is expected to be healthy and ready for training camp.
Big Baby has lost an unspecified amount of weight after changing his diet in order to take pressure off of his foot, but there is a chance he is dealt in the offseason as the Magic continue their youth movement. "He has a decision to make," Davis said of GM Rob Hennigan when asked if he was in Orlando's long-term plans. "It could go both ways with a lot of things."

The Magic will allow Al Harrington to work out for other teams in early June.
Orlando has granted the veteran permission because he's just not in their future plans. he has two y ears left on his deal for approximately $15 million, but only half of his salary each season is guaranteed. The Magic will attempt to trade him during the offseason.
