Austin Daye is happy with the Grizzlies and said that Lionel Hollins gives him "great insight" and "confidence."
Daye was a total afterthought with the Pistons, so it's not a surprise to see him embrace new scenery. Set for free agency at the end of the season, Daye is not certain to return to Memphis.

Austin Daye's role with the Grizzlies increased again on Sunday, as he notched 16 points on 6-of-9 shooting in 25 minutes off the bench.
Though not a viable option in standard formats, deep-league owners should be keeping a close eye on Daye. Interestingly, half of his shot attempts in the past three games have come from downtown (he's made 6-of-10).

Austin Daye played five minutes in his Memphis debut on Friday.
The Grizzlies are going to need some perimeter offense and Daye isn't really a terrible fit with his new team. That said, the odds aren't exactly in his favor to be a factor in most fantasy leagues this year.

Austin Daye is not expected to play on Thursday, but should be available for the Grizzlies on Friday.
Daye, like Tayshaun Prince and Ed Davis, are expected to make their Grizzlies debut on Friday. Daye has real sleeper appeal with no clear starter at small forward in Memphis, and he's shown an ability to contribute in multiple categories when given the opportunity.
