Marcus Morris was a healthy DNP-CD in Monday's win over the Lakers.
Morris hasn't been very effective and the Suns might regret picking him up a bit at the trade deadline. P.J. Tucker played 17 minutes in the start and has very little fantasy value.

Marcus Morris was invisible in another start on Saturday, going scoreless with zero rebounds in 11 minutes.
His brother Markieff had better luck, scoring 13 points with nine rebounds, but Marcus was overtaken by backup forward P.J. Tucker (11 points in 32 minutes). After three straight games with single-digit points, there's no reason to cling to Marcus in the hopes of a late-season surge.

Marcus Morris scored 16 points on 6-of-13 shooting (including a three) with four rebounds, three assists, two steals and one block in 24 minutes on Monday against the Nuggets.
Morris has the least amount of Robert Sarver stank on him having just arrived from Houston, and it's not that surprising to see him start to separate from his teammates. He is well worth a look in 12-14 team leagues to see if he can continue to improve amidst the chaos in Phoenix.

Marcus Morris started at small forward on Friday against the Kings, scoring 12 points on 5-of-10 shooting (including a three) with five rebounds, two assists and one steal in 28 minutes.
This won't break down any doors but this would be a good baseline for owners to expect if this situation works out for Morris -- with upside beyond that if he can grow within his role and show improvement. He comes from a better situation in Houston and by virtue of that he might have a leg up playing with a group of guys that have had the Sarver stank on them all season.

Sidelined
Channing Frye (heart) said he's "95 percent positive" he'll be healthy enough to return to the NBA next season.
Frye has missed the entire season after doctors discovered an enlarged heart during a routine stress exam. Frye admitted there's a chance he may never play again, but he's thinking about joining the Suns on the road in March and April to get used to traveling again. The sweet-shooting big man can't work out but says he takes 200 shots every other day and uses golf and yoga to help keep himself somewhat in shape. Frye has two years left on his contract after this one.

Gortat was hoping to make a one-game cameo, but his conditioning simply isn't there and he doesn't have enough practice time to get right before the regular season finale.
