Festus Ezeli will start for the Warriors in Game 6 on Thursday.
Mark Jackson doesn't want to play small ball this time, which could end up being a mistake. The Spurs shot 10-of-21 from deep in Game 5 and they'll likely get plenty of open looks with Andrew Bogut and Ezeli down low. Of course, this could just be posturing and Ezeli isn't likely to get many minutes in the grand scheme of things. Carl Landry moves to the bench.

Festus Ezeli is expected to start at power forward in Game 2 vs. the Spurs.
Mark Jackson confirmed the plan at shootaround on Wednesday. The matchup is designed to keep Bogut away from defending Tim Duncan, but it's not clear how much time Ezeli will actually see in the second game of the series.

Festus Ezeli replaced Carl Landry as the starting PF during the Warriors' practice on Sunday.
This doesn't necessarily mean that Landry will come off the bench, and the availability of Spurs big man Tiago Splitter (ankle) could determine how Golden State matches up. David Lee (hip) will be in uniform but he's only expected to play a few minutes if he takes the court at all.

Festuz Ezeli is playing through a sprained right knee.
Ezeli is wearing a "bulky brace which is limiting his mobility and explosiveness," and the last thing the Warriors need is another injury to a member of their front line. The injury occurred in the regular season finale, and he has not been cleared to play without the brace.

Warriors GM Bob Myers expects Brandon Rush (torn ACL) to pick up his player option for next year.
Rush would have a hard time earning more than a minimum contract with incentives given that he's coming off of an ACL tear that kept him out for the season, so we'd guess Rush will return to the Warriors as well.
