Bengals RCB Leon Hall will miss some OTAs with a torn thumb ligament.
It's unclear when the injury occurred, but Hall did it while lifting weights. He's expected back at some point during the ten OTA practices, but it wouldn't be a surprise if the Bengals let the veteran take it easy until training camp. Pro Football Focus graded Hall out as its No. 25 cornerback last season.

Bengals RCB Leon Hall (hamstring) expects to play in Sunday's game against the Dolphins.
The Bengals' secondary is finally starting to get healthy. Dre Kirkpatrick (knee) is close to his NFL debut and Nate Clements (calf) figures to be right behind him. The Bengals can improve on their current 16th-ranked pass defense going forward.

Bengals declared CBs Leon Hall (hamstring), Nate Clements (calf), Dre Kirkpatrick (knee), and Jason Allen (thigh) inactive for Week 4 against the Jaguars.
Cincinnati is dangerously thin on the outside. They'll dress Terence Newman, Adam Jones, and Chris Lewis-Harris as their three healthy corners. Luckily, they're facing the inept Jaguars passing offense. The Bengals also declared RB Bernard Scott, LB Roddrick Muckelroy, and WR Ryan Whalen inactive.

Bengals RCB Leon Hall (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Week 4 against the Jaguars.
Hall didn't practice at all this week. He went through the same routine last week, and didn't play against the Redskins. While Hall's absence wouldn't suddenly make any Jaguars pass catcher a viable fantasy football option, it could have an outcome on the final score. We're guessing he will not play this week.

The Cincinnati Enquirer's Joe Reedy "highly doubts" both Bernard Scott and Giovani Bernard will make the Bengals' 53-man roster.
In other words, Scott's roster spot is in jeopardy. Bernard obviously isn't going anywhere after being the first running back drafted last weekend. The Bengals re-signed Scott, 29, to a one-year deal last month. Cincinnati will likely keep four running backs: BenJarvus Green-Ellis, Bernard, special teams ace Cedric Peerman, and sixth-round pick Rex Burkhead.
