Ravens LCB Lardarius Webb (torn ACL) is taking part in individual drills in OTAs.
Webb is backpedaling and cutting without issue, but "clearly not full speed." Both Webb and coach John Harbaugh have guaranteed he'll be ready for camp, but it sounds like he still has a little ways to go in his rehab. Webb could begin camp on the active/PUP list, but all signs still point toward readiness for Week 1.

Ravens coach John Harbaugh thinks CB Lardarius Webb (torn ACL) "should be ready to roll" for training camp.
"Lardarius is on schedule, maybe a little ahead of schedule," Harbaugh said Tuesday. "He looks really good. ... We're going to make sure we don't have a setback, that's the most important thing." The Ravens aren't going to unleash Webb on day one of camp, but it sounds like he'll get in some preseason reps. All signs point toward Webb being ready for Week 1.

"It's going really well," Webb said. "I'm going to be Lardarius Webb out there. ... I'm going to do all my part." Six months removed from surgery, Webb will likely take it slow in camp, but will be ready for Week 1 barring a setback.

Ravens secondary coach Teryl Austin is upbeat about CB Lardarius Webb's recovery.
"He's really working hard in the weight room and getting ready because he's excited about this upcoming year," said Austin. Webb, who tore his ACL against the Cowboys last season, has told the Baltimore Sun that he's ahead of schedule and has been diligently rehabilitating his knee at the Ravens' training complex.

Ravens assistant GM Eric DeCosta said the team is "very excited" about Jacoby Jones as a receiver this season.
"We're very excited about Jacoby and the progress he made throughout last season," DeCosta said. "We think we've got some very good young players that can step up and contribute. Deonte Thompson isn't a heralded name, but a guy we think is going to be a good player. We're excited about Tandon Doss. David Reed has had a lot of injuries. He's flashed in practice and made plays." Add Tommy Streeter to the list of young receivers who could see a bigger role in 2013. DeCosta also wouldn't rule out the Ravens signing a veteran receiver.

Ravens placed WR LaQuan Williams on injured reserve with a hamstring injury, ending his season.
A deep reserve, Williams appeared in just 11 games on special teams this season, and failed to play a snap on offense. The second-year undrafted free agent will have to claw for a roster spot in 2013.
