According to the Cleveland Plain Dealer, the Browns plan to throw to TE Jordan Cameron "a lot," and targeted him on "plenty of deep balls" in OTAs.
It's the Rod Chudzinski recipe at tight end, and reason for legitimate excitement over Cameron's 2013 fantasy prospects. Cameron can seal his status as a high-upside TE1 candidate with a strong camp and preseason. He has the talent to take advantage of his golden opportunity.

Jordan Cameron and Kellen Davis are running as the first-team tight ends at Browns Organized Team Activities.
In Rob Chudzinski's Panthers offense, Ben Hartsock and Greg Olsen were the first-team tight ends. Hartsock was the blocker, a role now to be played by Davis. Olsen (now Cameron) was the pass catcher and finished last season as the No. 6 overall fantasy tight end. Cameron's breakout candidacy remains on schedule.

Coach Rob Chudzinski confirmed that Jordan Cameron "fits" his scheme's needs at the tight end position.
The Cameron hype train is barreling downhill and no one can stop it. "This is an offense that has featured tight ends and tight ends have always been a big part of it," Chudzinski said. "He has the skill set that fits." Chud's fingerprints are all over the career years of Kellen Winslow Jr., Antonio Gates and Greg Olsen. Offensive coordinator Norv Turner has guided the likes of Jay Novacek, Vernon Davis and Gates. And tight ends coach Jon Embree worked with Tony Gonzalez, Chris Cooley and Fred Davis. Cameron, the clear-cut No. 1 tight end, has a monster opportunity in front of him.

NFL.com's Daniel Jeremiah considers Browns TE Jordan Cameron a "perfect fit" for Norv Turner's offense, and a "fantasy sleeper pick" for 2013.
The Browns must agree with Jeremiah's assessment, as they didn't draft a single tight end, paving the way for Cameron to start in his third NFL season. Both Turner and head coach Rob Chudzinski have a history of getting the most out of their tight ends, making the 6-foot-5, 254-pound and sure-handed Cameron a legitimate TE1 possibility.

Browns WR David Nelson (knee surgery) isn't participating in this week's voluntary workouts.
Nelson is still rehabbing his torn ACL, but should be ready for June's mandatory minicamp. At 6-foot-5, 220 pounds, Nelson joins Greg Little and Josh Gordon to form one of the biggest receiver trios in the league. With new coach Rob Chudzinski's history of heavily utilizing the tight end, however, it's a poor bet Nelson will approach his 2011 stat line of 61/658/5 as the fourth option in the offense.
