Seahawks waived OT Jarriel King.
The move comes minutes after word surfaced King was facing criminal sexual conduct charges. He was arrested in February. While King was somewhat appealing as 6-foot-5, 310-pound 25-year-old, he simply wasn't worth the trouble anymore.

Seahawks OT Jarriel King is facing third degree criminal sexual conduct charges.
King was arrested in February, and is accused of sexually assaulting a woman who was "highly intoxicated." An undrafted free agent last season, King appeared in just one game. It was likely his last.

Seahawks claimed OT Jarriel King off waivers from the Giants.
An undrafted rookie out of South Carolina, King has good size at 6'5" and 321 pounds. Giants beat writers noted that he wasn't afraid to get physical in training camp. The Seahawks may field one of the worst offensive lines in football this season, but they'd still better hope King doesn't see action.

Percy Harvin said he'll play "a little bit" of running back this season.
During four seasons with the Vikings, Harvin averaged 1.9 carries per game. If that number rises in Seattle, it won't be by much. Although Harvin is more than capable of running the read option with Russell Wilson, the Seahawks need him in the slot. They're stacked at running back with Marshawn Lynch, Robert Turbin and rookie Christine Michael.

The Seattle Times doesn't envision the Seahawks cutting TE Zach Miller.
We don't, either. Miller has a mammoth cap number for 2013 as he's due a $6.8 million salary and a $3 million roster bonus, but he was finally starting to come on in the latter stages of the 2012 season, capping it off with an eight-catch, 142-yard, one-score Divisional Round playoff game outburst against the Falcons. He should be in line for a bigger role on offense this coming season.
