Lamar Miller rushed 21 times for 80 yards in Houston's Week 3 loss to the Patriots, adding four catches for 27 additional yards.
Miller was a rare bright spot this evening, grinding out extremely tough yards for an offense that was nonexistent through the air. Miller benefitted a little from garbage time, where he busted out a long run of 15 yards. The Texans' banged up line isn't opening up holes for its new running back, but Miller continues to accrue monster workloads. He's gotten the ball 84 times in three games. He had a brief knee scare this evening, but missed only a handful of plays, looking no worse for the wear. Miller should remain a bell-cow in Week 4, and will be an RB1 against the Titans.
