Nick Foles completed 30-of-46 passes for 228 yards with three interceptions and rushed once for two yards in the Rams' Week 12 loss to the Bengals.
And people wonder why the Rams benched Foles for Case Keenum last week. Foles ran the St. Louis offense into the ground with another dismal performance on Sunday. His arm strength and poise were nonexistent while his decision-making was puzzling to say the least. His first interception came off a deflection by George Iloka late in the second quarter. Jared Cook had no chance of making the catch in tight coverage. Foles followed that up with an off-balance pass to Bradley Marquez that Leon Hall took back for an easy pick-six. After digging a 24-point hole for the Rams, Foles spent most of the fourth quarter watching while rookie Sean Mannion got his first reps of the season. Assuming Case Keenum (concussion) is cleared to play next week against the Cardinals, Foles should be headed back to the bench. Nov 29 - 5:04 PM
