Derek Carr completed 23-of-28 passes for 230 yards and three touchdowns during a 45-20 win over the Jets in Week 2.
The Raiders look to be for real and are 2-0 for the first time since 2002 -- they went to the Super Bowl that year. As for Carr, he had a clean pocket for basically the whole game, and the Jets had no quarterback hits on Carr. His completion percentage is on the rise and the protection could help him hit big plays while also keeping his turnovers down. The Raiders defense has been better than expected, but Carr should still wind up in spots where he'll have to throw more. He's shaping up to be a QB1 and gets the Redskins in Week 3.
